EIA Global is pleased to announce that Richard Casner has joined its credit and political risk insurance team and is based in Darien, Connecticut.

Richard has over 35 years of experience in finance, primarily in real estate. He has worked with national and international developers and owners in the acquisition, development, lease and disposition of over $6.0 billion in assets in the Boston, Chicago, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey markets.  He was a Vice President of Goldman Sachs and oversaw the financial performance of a portfolio of real estate assets in Goldman’s eastern and mid-western regions and most recently was Senior Vice President Asset Management for a subsidiary of a large U.S. pension fund.
