EIA Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Juan Carlos Mealla to its trade credit and political risk insurance broker team.  Mr. Mealla will be based in New York City where he will join EIA Global’s evolving New York strategic initiative with global financial institutions and multinational corporations.

Mr. Mealla is well known to EIA Global and the insurance industry from his years working in the trade credit insurance brokering industry.  He will join John Lavelle, EIA Global’s Senior Managing Director, and John Brennan in the New York City office.  John Lavelle added: “Juan Carlos has placed credit insurance for numerous financial institutions and corporate clients throughout the Americas with particular emphasis on global banks.  He will be a welcome addition to our team.”

Mr. Mealla received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
